Lingua Lab is one of the largest translation agencies in Poland. We provide translation services to Polish ministries and the most important public bodies of the Republic of Poland.

SCOPE OF DUTIES:
•       Providing accurate and timely written translation services between English and Ukrainian of reports, operational and administrative documents, technical manuals, briefings, and operational communications.
•       Applying and maintining of approved terminology across translated documents.
•       Accepting and implementing reviewer/editor feedback to deliver final translations.
•       Providing informal interpretation services between English and Ukrainian during training sessions, meetings at a military facility (NOT conference interpreting).
•       Cooperating with military personnel to suport accurate international cooperation.

REQUIRED:
•       Proficiency in both English and Ukrainian (IRL Level 3 or higher), with proven written translation skills.
•       Minimum of 3 years of experience in translation/interpretation services.
•       Ability to obtain NATO Secret clearance within a short period of time after being notified of a selection for the translator position.  
•       Typing and computer skills.
•       Working on-site in Wiesbaden (Germany), RELOCATION REQUIRED.
•       Flexibility to shift work and/or flexible hours.

DESIRED:
•       Bachelor or Master degree in Translation, Linguistics or International Relations.
•       Experience working in an international military environment, familiarity with military terminology and protocols.
•       Experience working in multinational teams or supporting multilingual communications in official or formal contexts.
•       Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within international teams.

Clearance Requirements:   

Ability to obtain NATO Secret clearance within a short period of time after being notified of a selection for the translator position
