Providing accurate and timely translation services between English and Ukrainian: on-site interpretation services and written translations, as required, for military trainings delivered to the armed forces
Providing informal interpretation services between English and Ukrainian during training sessions, meetings at a military facility (NOT conference interpreting)
Applying and maintaining approved terminology across translated documents
Accepting and implementing reviewer/editor feedback to deliver final translations
Cooperating with military personnel to support accurate international cooperation
Our requirements
Minimum of 3 year of experience in translation/interpretation services
Document confirming knowledge of English – B1/B2 or higher (TOEIC certificate (750+ points) or equivalent will be an additional advantage)
Document confirming knowledge of Ukrainian- B2/C1 or native speaker
No criminal record
Very good physical fitness
Flexibility to shift work
Typing and computer skills

Higher education diploma
Experience working in an international military environment, familiarity with military terminology and protocols
Experience working in multinational teams or supporting multilingual communications in official or formal contexts
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within international teams
Valid NATO Secret clearance or ability to obtain one within a short period of time after being notified of a selection for the translator position
